The Service itself, including all software, designs, and content provided by us, is owned by AI Logo Magic and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You retain all rights to any content you submit, upload, or display through our Service ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, and display such User Content for the purpose of providing and promoting our Service.
You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to your User Content and that it does not violate the rights of any third party.

Some features of our Service require purchasing credits. By purchasing credits through our Service, you agree to pay all fees in accordance with the pricing displayed at the time of purchase. We use Lemon Squeezy as our payment processor, and your purchase is also subject to Lemon Squeezy's terms of service.
Credits are non-expiring and can be used at any time after purchase. We do not offer subscription services; all purchases are one-time credit top-ups. Credits are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other monetary value.
We reserve the right to modify the pricing structure, credit values, or features available for credits at any time. Any such changes will not affect credits already purchased.
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on all credit purchases. If you are not satisfied with our Service, you may request a refund within 7 days of your purchase by contacting us at [email protected].
Refund eligibility may be affected if credits have been partially or fully used. We reserve the right to deny refunds in cases of suspected fraud, abuse of the refund policy, or violation of these Terms. Processing of approved refunds may take up to 14 business days depending on your payment method and financial institution.
